Our company reserves all rights to interpretations and implementations of the Dragon Windows Secondary School Scholarship Policies that are subject to change according to the Company's overall operational goals.

GUIDELINES FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS

1. APPLICATION FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL (NO BLANKS) OR INDICATE "N/A" AS APPLICABLE. INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

2. APPLICANT AND CO-APPLICANT INFORMATION SECTION MUST BE COMPLETED AND MUST BE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE STUDENT AS STATED ABOVE.

3. PROOF OF GRADES MUST BE ATTACHED OR PRESENTED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK FROM SUBMITTING THE COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM.

4. PART OR FULL SCHOLARSHIP BEARERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

5. INCOME CONDITIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION:

a) Applicant and Co-applicant (parents or guardians only) must be un-employed or
b) Combined income of applicant and co-applicant is equal to or less than EC$2,500.00

6. APPLICANT AND CO-APPLICANT MUST PROVIDE THEIR MOST RECENT SALARY SLIP OR DECLARE UNEMPLOYMENT STATUS.

7. This scholarship not exceeding $600.00 annually, will be for a period of five (5) academic years beginning September 2025 and will cover the following:

a) Books and stationery
b) CXC Examination fees if the child reaches Form V within the approved period and is recommended by the Principal to sit the examination

8. Rules for Scholarship:

a) Bills or receipts submitted to our Company for reimbursement must be itemized and supported by the book list from the school that your child attends. (Please attach a copy of your child's book list when submitting claims for reimbursement)
b) Costs in respect of the purchase of any textbooks not on the book list for the school that your child attends will not be reimbursed.
c) Textbooks that are paid for out of the scholarship fund are to be returned to our office at the end of each school year. If books are not returned, others will not be issued.
d) The cost of damaged or defaced books being returned will have to be met by the parents or guardians before any reimbursement for other books may be issued.
e) Students who repeat a year will forfeit Scholarship concessions for that year.
f) All parties involved in this application process including the child should be fully aware of the guidelines, specifically the rules and grounds for cancellation of this scholarship

9. Construction Material & Services Ltd T/A Dragon Windows reserves the right to cancel any scholarship granted for the following reasons:

a) Providing false information on the Application Form for Secondary School Scholarships
b) Serious misconduct on or outside school grounds
c) Repeat of Form/year and/or continued unsatisfactory academic performance
d) Failure in Mathematics and English subjects
